The Saxon Inspector is a rugged, proven multirotor platform perfectly suited for industries such as Law Enforcement, Military, Energy, Inspection, and Mapping. The fully automated system is based on pre-programmed flight paths or stabilized manual control.
The Inspector provides a base platform for a multitude of sensors to include Thermal, RGB, NIR and Target Tracking. The Inspector UAS is a “Y6” design which is a proven configuration for stability and redundancy. Unlike normal hexacopters, the Inspector is configured in a “Y” shape with two counter-rotating propellers on each arm. This allows more control and redundancy should the aircraft experienced a loss of power or propeller on a given motor.
The Inspector UAS is not made like the majority of multicopter UAS platforms. It is constructed of lightweight aerospace aluminum with little carbon fiber. Our integrated GCS is the Panasonic Toughpad for complete full autonomy with a standard transmitter for backup. With a 50 minute flight time and military-grade radios, the Inspector UAS is the aircraft that will deliver true aerial intelligence.
