divorce, separation from a spouse, or loss of employment can
cause uncertainty and fear.
The Pinnacle Program helps students at Meridian Technology
Center in Stillwater, Oklahoma, identify areas of need, enhance
current skills and develop new skills, and find productive
jobs.
This program provides benefits such as group support sessions
and job readiness seminars. These seminars can assist you
in your job search by providing counseling in areas such as
resume writing, job interviewing, dressing for success, decision
making, and goal setting.
Opportunities for scholarships and assistance in applying
for federal financial aid are available through the program.
QUALIFICATIONS
You can qualify for the Pinnacle Program if you:
- have lost your main source of income due to:
· death of spouse.
· divorce.
· separation.
· disability of spouse.
- have postponed your career or are starting a new one.
- are a single parent.
- are a single pregnant woman.
